The Ministry of Railways has launched a high-level investigation following the derailment of multiple coaches of the Islamabad Express near Kala Shah Kaku, an incident that left several passengers injured and disrupted rail traffic on the main line.
According to an official statement, the Federal Government Inspector of Railways has been tasked with leading the inquiry.
